Renasaki Research does not authorise, endorse, encourage or recommend the use of any product for any purpose other than legitimate scientific research.

By purchasing from Renasaki Research, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or laboratory professional with the appropriate knowledge, training, equipment and facilities required to receive, store, handle and use the products safely.

You represent and warrant that:

2. You possess the knowledge, training, qualifications, equipment and facilities necessary to handle research substances safely.

You acknowledge that research substances may be hazardous if improperly handled, stored, transported, reconstituted, mixed, transferred or used.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the handling, storage, transportation, preparation, research use and disposal of products purchased from Renasaki Research.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive and discharge Renasaki Research, its officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or to any property belonging to you, whether caused by the negligence of Renasaki Research or otherwise, while using or handling any products purchased from Renasaki Research.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Renasaki Research, its officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, expenses and reasonable legal costs arising from or connected with:

1. Your purchase, possession, storage, handling or use of a product.

4. Any unauthorised use, resale, redistribution, transfer or supply of a product.

Products are supplied in a raw, unreconstituted form as laboratory research materials unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant product description.

Renasaki Research makes no promise, representation or guarantee regarding:

1. Experimental results.
2. Research outcomes.
3. Reproducibility of results.
4. Suitability for a particular experiment, method, assay or research protocol.
5. Compatibility with other substances, equipment or laboratory processes.
6. Stability or performance after the original packaging or seal has been opened.
7. The consequences of reconstitution, dilution, mixing, transfer, modification or storage by the Buyer.

The Buyer is solely responsible for independently assessing and validating the identity, concentration, purity, suitability, compatibility and appropriate research application of each product before use.

Any certificate of analysis, test result, product description or other information made available by Renasaki Research is provided for general product-identification and informational purposes and does not guarantee a particular experimental outcome.

Once a product has been opened, unsealed, reconstituted, diluted, mixed with bacteriostatic water or any other substance, transferred into another container, modified or otherwise altered from the condition in which it was supplied, Renasaki Research cannot verify:

1. How the product was handled.
2. Whether appropriate aseptic procedures were followed.
3. Whether the product was contaminated.
4. Whether the correct substance or quantity was added.
5. Whether the product was stored at an appropriate temperature.
6. Whether it was exposed to excessive heat, light, moisture, agitation or other unsuitable conditions.
7. Whether third-party equipment, substances or materials affected the product.

Accordingly, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Renasaki Research accepts no responsibility for contamination, degradation, instability, incorrect concentration, loss of material, failed research, inconsistent results, property damage or any other issue arising after a product has been opened, unsealed, reconstituted, diluted, mixed, transferred, modified, improperly stored, mishandled or otherwise altered by the Buyer or any third party.

A change in appearance, solubility, consistency, concentration, stability or research performance after reconstitution, mixing or other alteration does not, by itself, establish that a product was defective when delivered.

Any concern regarding the identity, quantity, packaging or physical condition of a product must be reported promptly and, where reasonably possible, before the product is opened, reconstituted, mixed, transferred or altered.

The Buyer may be required to provide clear photographs, videos, batch information, packaging information and other reasonable evidence to allow Renasaki Research to investigate the matter.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any responsibility or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded. However, Renasaki Research will not be responsible for defects, contamination, degradation, loss or damage caused after delivery by the Buyer’s handling, storage, preparation, mixing, reconstitution, transfer, alteration or unauthorised use.

All product information provided by Renasaki Research is supplied for general informational and product-identification purposes only.

It does not constitute medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic or other professional advice.

Renasaki Research does not provide:

1. Dosage information.
2. Administration instructions.
3. Treatment recommendations.

7. Instructions for human or animal consumption.

The Buyer is solely responsible for conducting independent research, establishing suitable laboratory procedures and determining whether the purchase, possession, storage and research use of a product complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Renasaki Research reserves the right to refuse service, reject an order, restrict an account or cancel a transaction at any time and for any reason. This may include circumstances involving:

1. Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment activity.
2. Failed or reversed payment.
3. Incorrect customer or delivery information.
4. Suspected resale, redistribution or diversion.
5. Suspected human or animal use.
6. Suspected unlawful or prohibited activity.
7. Product unavailability.
8. Pricing, stock or website errors.
9. Delivery or jurisdictional restrictions.
10. Failure to provide requested verification.
11. Breach or suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Where Renasaki Research cancels an order after receiving payment, Renasaki Research will refund the amount paid for the cancelled products unless applicable law permits Renasaki Research to withhold or deduct an amount.

A refund may not be due where, for example, payment has been reversed, refunded through another method, obtained fraudulently or is subject to a lawful deduction or claim.

Renasaki Research is not required to fulfil an order merely because an order confirmation, automated email or payment authorisation has been generated.

Acceptance of an order occurs when Renasaki Research confirms that the order has been accepted for fulfilment or dispatches the products, whichever occurs first.

You acknowledge that the purchase, importation, possession, storage, transportation and use of research substances may be restricted or regulated within your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for identifying and complying with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations.

Renasaki Research makes no representation or guarantee that a particular product may lawfully be purchased, imported, possessed, stored, transported or used in every jurisdiction.

The availability of a product on the website does not constitute confirmation that the product is lawful or appropriate in the Buyer’s jurisdiction.

Renasaki Research may refuse or cancel an order where it believes that supplying the product may breach a law, regulation, restriction, court order, carrier requirement or internal compliance policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renasaki Research shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss or damage, including loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, research material, research results, data or other intangible losses arising from:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Renasaki Research arising from or relating to a product shall not exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Renasaki Research shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, contamination, degradation, instability or adverse outcome caused by:

1. Failure to follow appropriate laboratory practices.
2. Storage outside recommended conditions.
3. Opening or damaging the original packaging.
4. Reconstitution, dilution or mixing.
5. Use of unsuitable diluents, equipment or containers.
6. Incorrect calculations or measurements.
7. Cross-contamination.
8. Unauthorised resale, redistribution or transfer.
9. Any human, veterinary, clinical or other prohibited use.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them, their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, their subject matter or formation.

Where the Buyer is legally classified as a consumer, nothing in this section prevents the Buyer from relying upon any mandatory jurisdictional rights that apply under the law and cannot validly be excluded by agreement.
